Kosovo prime minister tests positive for coronavirus

Kosovo’s prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, said Sunday that he tested positive for COVID-19. 

Hoti said his only symptom is a mild cough, according to a post on his Facebook page

The prime minister said he will be isolating for the next two weeks and will continue to fulfill his obligations from home. 

Kosovo, with a population of about 1.8 million, has reported 8,799 coronavirus cases and 249 coronavirus-related fatalities, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.
