South Korea’s government has assigned an official to monitor President-elect Donald Trump’s Twitter account, according to a new report.

The officer will screen all of Trump’s tweets, The Korea JoongAng Daily said Thursday, paying special attention to those regarding Asia, North Korea and South Korea.

The Daily said the officer was recently assigned to the task by South Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ North American Affairs Bureau.

{mosads}Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se does not use Twitter but receives reports when Trump makes remarks on certain policy issues via the social media platform.

Trump on Monday, for example,  dismissed North Korea’s announcement that it is close to testing an intercontinental ballistic missile.

“North Korea just stated that it is in the final stages of developing a nuclear weapon capable of reaching parts of the U.S.,” he tweeted. “It won’t happen!”

Trump’s warning to North Korea, which frequently clashes with its southern neighbor, had received 91,000 likes, 26,000 retweets and 15,000 replies as of Thursday.

South Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday praised Trump for vowing tp prevent North Korea’s ICBM development.

“President-elect Trump’s Twitter message is his first time explicitly mentioning the North Korea nuclear issue since he was elected, which makes it significant,” spokesman Cho June-hyuck said during a briefing Tuesday.

“[It] can be interpreted as a clear warning about [North Korean leader] Kim John-un’s New Year address on ICBM[s] and the possibility of provocations.”

Kim said Sunday that North Korea plans on testing an ICBM for the first time, a move that would increase the chances of it fulfilling longstanding threats of a nuclear attack on the U.S.
