FCC staffer heads to lobby giant Akin Gump

Akin Gump is the No. 2 lobby firm in Washington by revenue, taking in almost $17 million in the first half of the year.

In addition to his work at the FCC, Guice also spent nearly two years as a counsel to a House Energy and Commerce Committee in 2009 and 2010, advising then-chairman Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.), and also providing insight for the subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet.
