China has lifted a suspension on imports of Tesla’s Model 3, an official with China’s customs authority told Reuters on Thursday.

“We can confirm that the warning notice on Tesla has been canceled,” the official said.

Two sources separately told Reuters that the suspension was lifted because Tesla made necessary corrections. Tesla declined to comment to Reuters.

China stopped clearing the cars last week, according to Reuters, and reportedly said at the time that the models didn't have necessary warning signs and had missing or incorrect nameplate labels.

Tesla began delivering Model 3 cars to China last month, according to Reuters. The company currently imports all of the cars it sells in the country but is in the midst of building a Shanghai factory to begin manufacturing Model 3 cars to sell there, Reuters reported.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said he expects the company will start manufacturing cars at the factory before the end of the year, according to Reuters.
