Friday's meeting announcements: Federal Maritime Commission


A committee on information security oversight at the state, local and tribal level is meeting in Washington on July 24. 

On July 25, the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board is meeting in Washington to review three recommendations that will be sent to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. 

Also on July 25, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission is holding a meeting to talk about a court case. 

The Environmental Protection Agency's committee on children's health is meeting in Arlington, Va., on Aug. 1 and 2. 

From Aug. 5-15, the regulating council for fishing in the South Atlantic is holding meetings in a number of cities to discuss new amendments. 

On Aug. 7, the council for fishing in the Caribbean is meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

On Sept. 9, Food and Drug Administration panels on medical devices will meet in Silver Spring, Md., to discuss advice and recommendations.
