The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is seeking an experienced pro-active and creative Communications Director to assist in multi-pronged efforts to communicate the mission, projects, and victories of the organization.

This is an ideal position for an individual with passion for utilizing media and communications to shift the way our culture addresses all forms of sexual exploitation, including sex trafficking, pornography, prostitution, sexual violence, child abuse, and more.

The Communications Director will drive press outreach by drafting press statements, managing journalist databases, and pitching opinion editorials and stories to the media. The Communications Director will regularly write blogs, draft email marketing content, and conduct basic WordPress website maintenance and updates. The position requires flexibility to also assist in drafting content for event promotional materials, educational resources, and online advocacy campaigns as needed. Previous experience with pitching to the media, videography, or photography, is preferred.
