Position Available: Executive Assistant

This position is responsible for providing support to the Association’s President and CEO and Chief of Staff

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and coordinate calendars, contacts, expense reports and travel requirements
• Assist in preparing materials and scheduling logistics for both internal and external meetings
• Support the Chief of Staff with planning, executing and debriefing for prominent events and special projects
• Proof and edit executive department correspondence; maintain files
• Coordinate executive department online resources, board and committee databases and subscriptions
• Provide assistance on Association special projects

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• A high degree of responsibility, initiative and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
• Proficient in computer and web skills, including but not limited to Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent customer service
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
