Watch live: White House holds news briefing
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is set to take questions from reporters on Monday afternoon.
White House officials are on the offensive this week following incendiary claims made in an anonymous op-ed published by The New York Times last week, as well as those purportedly made by White House staff in an upcoming book, "Fear: Trump in the White House," by veteran journalist Bob Woodward.
The briefing is scheduled for 2 p.m.
