RNC attacks Obama's jobs record with Web video

Obama is due to present his jobs plan to a joint session of Congress Thursday night.

RNC chairman Reince Priebus slammed Obama, saying he has not made job creation a priority since taking office.

"For the past two and a half years, President Obama has repeatedly promised to focus on jobs, but, instead, he has prioritized taxing, spending and regulating. The problem is that job creation was never a priority for this president," Priebus said in a statement.

Priebus promoted the video in a tweet Wednesday.

"New web video from the @RNC- “Sounds Familiar?” reminds you that yes, you have heard all this from Obama before," Priebus tweeted.
