WATCH: A rundown of the Intel memo

The House Intelligence Committee could soon vote to make public a highly publicized memo that Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) has touted as containing evidence that the FBI abused its power on government surveillance related to the Trump campaign and Russia.

The panel hasn’t shared the memo or the documents it is based upon to the FBI, or to Senate Intelligence Committee members, which has brought criticism from the Department of Justice.

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd in a letter to Nunes warned Thursday that it would be “extraordinarily reckless” to release the memo without a review by the FBI and DOJ.
