Krauthammer: Staten Island grand jury decision 'totally incomprehensible'

Fox News panelist Charles Krauthammer on Wednesday bashed a Staten Island grand jury's decision not to indict the officer responsible for choking African-American Eric Garner to death, calling the decision "totally incomprehensible."

"The grand jury’s decision here is totally incomprehensible,” Krauthammer said on the network. “[Garner's] crime was as petty as they come. He was selling loose cigarettes, which in and of itself is absurd that somebody has to die over that.”

The Garner grand jury decision comes just more than a week after a St. Louis grand jury decided not to indict officer Darren Wilson for fatally shooting unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown.

Krauthammer did however criticize President Obama for connecting the two incidents, saying his statement "was not helpful in the least."
