GOP to act on immigration bills

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte says he intends to move a handful of immigration-related measures through his committee, perhaps as early as next week.


The Virginia Republican listed several immigration-related measures that the panel plans to mark up.

"We're moving forward, we expect as early as next week to begin marking up bills dealing with interior enforcement," Goodlatte said in an interview with The Hill.
