New photos of Pluto to be displayed at hearing

The chairman of the House Science Committee says new photos of Pluto will be shown by NASA officials at a hearing on Tuesday.

The hearing will consider the recent New Horizons visit to Pluto.

“We're actually supposed to see photographs that have not been released yet so, we’ll have some first-time-ever photographs of Pluto — our last neighbor to be closely observed,” Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) tells The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper in an interview.
