GOP White House hopefuls back ObamaCare repeal bill

The four 2016 GOP senators running for president voted Thursday for a bill that would repeal key portions of ObamaCare. 
The Hill's Molly K. Hooper reports on the Senate-passed bill that Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) backed in a 52-47 vote.
