GOP sends ObamaCare repeal to White House

House Republicans declared victory Thursday after sending ObamaCare repeal legislation to the White House.


President Obama is expected to veto the legislation, and Republicans do not have the votes to override him.

But Republicans believe the effort is a messaging victory that underlines their argument that the White House needs new leadership.
