Sanders has unnamed superdelegates, per spokeswoman

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has support from a number of superdelegates who have yet to “come forward,” according to his national spokeswoman.

Front-runner Hillary Clinton may lead Sanders in the race for the more than 700 superdelegates, but the Vermont senator has a number who ” have not made their support public,” campaign spokeswoman Symone Sanders said.

{mosads}In an interview with The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper, the spokeswoman said the campaign doesn’t have “300 superdelegates waiting in the wings, but we do have folks that have not yet come forward and made their support of Senator Sanders known.”

Currently, Clinton has 469 superdelegates who intend to vote for her at the party convention, while Sanders has 31, according to Real Clear Politics. A superdelegate can change his or her vote up until the convention.
