WATCH: Dem strategist says Clinton will be better at public outreach than Obama

Should Hillary Clinton win the presidency, one Democratic strategist predicts, she will do a better job pitching her policies to the American people than President Obama has.

Citing George W. Bush as an example, longtime Democratic Capitol Hill insider Rodell Mollineau tells The Hill's Molly K. Hooper that Clinton will need to "get on Air Force One ... go to all these different communities, and you've got to make your case to the people."

"President Obama could have spent more time making his case to the American people, not through social media, not through television, but actually going to these communities. I think that’s something Hillary Clinton will do a better job of," Mollineau, a strategist at ROKK Solutions said.
