Joe Biden will deliver remarks from Pittsburgh on Monday, taking his campaign to a key swing state in the presidential election.
The Democratic nominee’s campaign says the speech will ask whether voters should feel safe in Donald Trump’s America given the coronavirus pandemic. The campaign is also criticizing Trump for fanning division.
The event is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
